Pilgrim’s Bounty for Lazy Cooks
By Uncleleo | November 23, 2009

Pilgrim’s Bounty is awesome. I’ve never bothered leveling my cooking skill and Blizzard just added a super easy way to do it. I went from around 150 to 340 in a matter of a couple hours.
It’s simple. Head to any major city in old world, Stormwind in my case, to start it all off. Pick up the book of recipes from the vendor there. They give you 5 recipes all with a cooking skill level. All of the vendors around sell mats for these recipes. Some of the mats are specific for Stormwind some for Ironforge and then some you can only get in Darnassus. Do as much of this as you can and you will get a huge boost in your cooking skill. The final recipe is one for turkey. Go back to Stormwind and all around Goldshire you’ll see turkeys running around. Kill as many as your little heart desires and you should be able to get your cooking skill up easily and effortlessly.
Fair warning for us Rogues. You’ll be running around as a turkey for most of the time do to an achievement called “Turkey Lurkey” added where toons have to shoot a Rogue of every race with a turkey shooter. Pretty annoying but at least for a week you’ll be very popular!
