Lich King Weapon Stat Changes

Blizz has seen the error in their ways. Ok it’s not that big of a deal but Lich King drops are already receiving stat changes. Although for most of us who probably won’t see the Lich King for a long time it’ll be a pipedream to obtain these weapons anytime soon. What changes affect Mutilate Rogues?
Lich King-10: Stormfury, Black Blade of the Betrayer: Armor penetration replaced with expertise.
Man I am tired of seeing ArP. Let’s see some of these changes trickle down to other ICC drops to get some more hit and expertise on Rogue gear!
